You wouldn’t dream of climbing Mount Everest without a guide, that would be crazy. Neither should you plan your next quest alone.
Just like Bilbo had Gandalf, Luke had Obi Wan Kenobi and Harry had Dumbledore, to be a hero, you need a guide.
Having a guide to help map out a path, help with the goblins, Orcs, monsters and all manner of mayhem that inevitably will pop up, will greatly increase your chances of successfully finishing the quest.
